• What are your rates?
  Our home inspections takes between three and six hours, depending on the size of the house and the condition of the structure and systems. More than an hour per 1,000 sq. ft. followed by 30 to 45 minutes for discussing the findings, depending on what we find and the number of questions the client might have, and one-hour for writing a comprehensive professional report, delivered the next morning.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  PHII Certified Home Inspector(Advanced Course). Member of the National Society of Home Inspectors (NSHI). Associate Member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA). Master's degree in City and Regional Planning, Université de Montréal, Canada. Master's degree in Architecture, (DPLG), Beaux-Arts, France.
• Will I have to be there during the inspection?
  We encourage clients to accompany the inspector so that they may ask questions and gain a better understanding of the components and systems in the house.
• Is hiring a home inspector worth it?
  Buyers waiving the inspection contingency have no protection against potential defects in the home. Problems, if not discovered before the sale is closed, can cost tens thousands of dollars in unexpected repair bills just when new owner may be either short of cash or wishing to spend what cash they have on decorating, not on repairs.
