• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  PHOTOGRAPHY: Should there be any technical issues or camera malfunction resulting in unsatisfactory photographs, we will offer a reshoot at no extra charge. If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your photographs, we will offer a reshoot at half price. I will work with you collaboratively to get great results.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have photographed people for 15 years in a variety of situations. I worked as a portrait and assignment photographer in the Marines for four years and later advanced my skills at Brooks Institute of Photography. I possess a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Photography from Brooks Inst. I am continually working to develop and broaden my personal viewpoint and style.
• What are your rates?
  My standard rate is 200.00 for principle photography. Rate varies depending on scope of projects. Project rates are negotiable.
• Do you require a deposit?
  No.
• What packages do you offer?
  Negotiable.
• How many pictures do you take?
  Generally around 150-300 images (film) 300-500 digital. The number of photographs I take depends on the project and is based upon client agreement and collaboration. I will shoot what is needed, plus extra to offer variety and creative exploration.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Negotiable. I also shoot digital.
• What is your photographic style?
  Fine Art, Photojournalistic, or Traditional. Qualities: Personal, High Impact, Friendly, Insightful.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes. I provide black and white photographic expertise, which can be reproduced either digitally or traditionally. Although black and white photography typically costs more to produce and is more time consuming it remains one of my great passions. Feel free to inquire about my B/W work.

  Both.
