  I strive for customer satisfaction. Refund policy depends on the type of product you have purchased and if you have purchased cancellation insurance.

  Full service travel agency. From airfare to visa information.

  I have over 17 years in the travel industry.

  I've seen what other travel agencies charge, so I believe that the lower the better, that way you have repeat customers. No charge for cruises, tour packages, etc. Only small fee for domestic airline tickets. For international tickets, the fee would be included in the total price.
• Why should we choose you for our travel needs?
  I have office hours in the evening until 9:00pm PST. I'm also available on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Are passports required for travel to the Caribbean?
  All people departing from the United States to the Caribbean must now have a Passport to re-enter the U.S.

  Yes.

  For packages and cruises, none.

  Depends on where you are staying and what you want.
