Yes. As long as you are a monthly, quarterly or bi-monthly customer. Pest control is a science dealing with living things. sometimes it takes more than one treatment.

Yes. We have a Technical Director allways on staff who is a Board Certified Entomologist. He is an expert in insect biology, behavior, anatomy and morphology.

The national average for an outside only termite treatment is around $900.00. this could be more or less. It depends on what needs to be done. Rates for general pest control start around $125.00 for initial treatment then around $75.00 for each reoccurring. This could be more or less depending on the service provided and size of home or building.

yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or once a year. what ever you desire.

Q.	What is your standard warranty? Do you offer any guarantees?
Termite warranties can be from no warranty up to ten years. This depends on factors you would need to discuss with our office. We guarantee we will do all possible to take care of your pest problems.

Q.	If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
yes. We generally charge a minimum $25.00 service trip fee.

Q.	If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
Yes, but you may be subject to an initial charge again. reoccurring service is allways less expensive than initial service.

Depending on what insect is being controlled. Most generally a general pest control treatment should give you about 60 to 90 days control.
