Details: My finace, Rene, and I both live in New York and would like to get married in fort Lauterdale florida. We chose fort lauderdale because it is convenient and inexpensive to get to from New york and Detroit Michigan which is where our guests are flying from. Below I have provided some inforamtion that i think will be helpful
We have a budget of $**,*** for entire wedding and would like to stay within that budget. We would like to have a catholic wedding in a catholic church and a reception in an elegant atmosphere that is also fun.
We would like our wedding to be in early February. We were thinking Sat Feb *th. We are flexable on the date and time. We are also considering early May.
There is only one maid of honor and there are no bidesmaids I would need a bouqet for her and for me.
We would need four boutonnieres for the groom, the best man, the father of the bride, the father of the groom.
We need two corsages for the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom.
For the ceremony music we would like to know what options we have. A sinlge guitar or a sound system to play CD may work.
A photogapher for the ceremony and reception : We would liket a * hour recepeption in which case a * hour photographer would be best.
We would need a videographer for ceremony and reception
We need a cake for **-** people
For the reception, we would like a DJ with a Masters of Ceremony.
We would also like for the reception to be private. Perhaps an area for only our guests. We would also like for there to be an area for dancing.

I saw that there is an option for cosulting, what does that include as opposed to full service coordiation?
We are very flexible and willing to compromise on certain items (wedding time, wedding day or date, type of flowers etc) in order to keep the weddign cost effecient.

Details: I am currently living in NYC and planning a wedding in Southern California. I have taken care of the main priorities, i.e. venue, band, caterer, cake, flowers, etc. But, I do need help with some of the other details that I don't have much time for like the invitations, the photographer/videographer and all the other details for the big day. Since I am in NYC at the time I will only be coming out for a few days during the end of the summer to fit my dress and then not until March of ****. This creates a problem in finalizing all the smaller details and if someone can help me get organized so that I'm not trying to do everything last minute that would be great.
