If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back? |

Certainly! If you continue to have a problem with the targetted pest, we will follow through. Sometimes, due to the nature of the pest or conditions present, we will be able to forecast how long eradication will take, or how many service visits will be needed. If the pest continues beyond that time frame and all control measures are in place, we will follow up. |

If I do not see any pests can I skip a service? |

Our services are designed to meet your needs. We do not require continuing service for our pest treatments and therefore, the choice to skip a treatment is yours. Skipping a service may negate the quarantee for that service cycle. |

How long are your service visits? |
| |
Various pests require varying amounts of time. On average a service will take 45 - 60 minutes at the clients property. Some services, such as Carpenter Ants may require several hours. |

How long do treatments last? |
| |
Since we are dealing with living creatures that can invade at any time, it is difficult to say "how long" a treatment will last. Certainly, when a guarantee is in place, there is no need to worry. The best surity for the future to take a preventative stance. Our history shows that for most people a quartly service is all that is needed. |

Is treatment harmful to pets? |

Safety to people and pets is our primary concern. No application will be made that would be harmfull to pets. |

How soon can I water after your visit? |
| |
Whenever possible we will use materials that are slow to degrade and that exhibit a low leve of leaching into the soil. It is always best to wait 24 hours - longer if possible without harming you landscape. |
