We are also accredited by Cancun, Caribbean, Hawaii, Jamaica, St Lucia and Turks and Caicos tourist boards.
Our staff can provide everything needed for a destination wedding from the favors to planning to getting you down there. This also holds true for our corporate & special interest groups plus we have an onsite computer support & repair division. They can setup a network for your next international meeting site. We have planned golf outings to tennis touraments to local tours.
Our agency is the only you need from start to finish with specialists in between to assist you will all your needs!

Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

Our agency works closly with the tour operators that we offer to clients. Therefore we only use ones that we have trusted over the years. When a client purchases a vacation from them, they have certain rules to follow and/or purchase travel insurance. However to be honest none of this covers "Act(s) of God", this includes items such as weather related problems. So always read the fine print! |

I hold certifications in Cruises, Dominican Republic, Germany, Fiji, Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico,St Lucia, Palace and Sandals Resorts. |

What services do you provide? |

We work with clients through all of their vacation, but what we will not do is send you unreasonable low fares to get you in the door. All of our rates are checked with the tour operators directly prior to any sending any quote. We take great pride in sending correct prices including taxes and no surprises. |

Because we specialize only in vacation packages to the Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico and South Pacific we do not charge any additional fees on vacation planning. The only charge we have is booking within 60 days prior where we add on a $30 late fee to cover express mail charges. |

Are passports required for travel to the Caribbean? |

Depending upon what nationality you are you might need one, even a visa! As of March 2004 US Citizens are required to have passports to enter Barbadoes, otherwise photo ID and birth certificate is needed. |

How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit? |

Once you confirm securing our services we do require a $500.00USD deposit to setup the special event. This deposit rolled into the final contract price and is nonrefundable. |

We have many tools to help you like personal pictures, wedding pictures already held there, virtual reality tours and first hand information, to name a few. We will work with you from the start with the Save a Date invite to planning the pictures poses to flowers to locations to whatever you want! Our office takes great pride in personally working with wedding couples to create a beautiful day. |
