The Telephone Centre is a market research company specializing in telephone survey research, and directed by professionals who combine extensive experience in data collection and computer services. TTC has recently expanded our services to include inbound client service calls.
We have been in business over 20 years, and our facility is located in Greensboro, North Carolina; our facility has 130 stations--all with CRT and Predictive Dialer capability.
The overall objective of our firm is to provide an efficient and quality telephone experience whether it is market research or inbound client services.
