Yes. We at The Purrfect Nanny work hard to please our clients by providing first class service to our customers. If we receive a dispute from a client we will go over the situation with the client and the nanny that performed the service. If the service was not performed as ordered by the client, we will offer the client refund in form of free sittings for part of the next service.

Our rates are competitive with others in our service area. There is not enough space here to detail them all. Please visit our website for more information. All services include complimentary: - mail and newspaper brought in - house plant watering - alternated lights/blinds and security checks

Q.	Do you offer overnight service where you stay in my home?
Yes. You can rest assured that the assigned nanny has a clean criminal history and a good credit report. The nanny is only allowed to have either another nanny or the business owners (both only if needed) at your residence.

Q.	Do you charge extra for giving medication?
No. We do not charge extra for giving medications. If your pet is afraid to take its medication, please let us know. The initial visit is a superb way of introducing the nanny to your pet’s medical procedures.

Q.	How many times a day do you come to visit my pets? How long is each visit?
We offer services from 1 to 3 times per day. Although, we are able to accomadate more if desired. We also have an overnight service (limited availability). Each visit will last a minimum of 20-30 minutes. Additional time may be scheduled if you desire.

Q.	Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
For the first meeting the assigned Nanny will pay you a free visit at your home to meet you and your pet. This way our Nanny will become familiar with your home and you can discuss all the important information about your pet's needs. The Nanny is going to bring a service agreement package which she will help you fill out. This agreement will cover all the requirements you have.

Q.	Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
All services are payable at the time the service starts. During the holiday seasons, payment will be in advance.

Q.	Will I need to show a proof of vaccination?
Yes. We need a copy of the current rabies certification. Please provide this copy on the date of the initial visit. We will keep this record on file. This procedure is very important for your own pet as well as for the other pets in the Nanny’s care.

Q.	What will you do if my pet becomes sick while I am away?
We request all our clients to sign the emergency care form, which enables us to seek veterinarian care in case of an emergency. We will first contact your veterinarian but should we not be able to reach the office, we will call one of the emergency clinics.

Yes. We are a bonded and insured service.

Q.	Do you have pets of your own?
Yes. We all are animal owners and lovers. We are very selective in who is able to be a Purrfect Nanny. We screen potential hires against real live animals to ensure that they are pet lovers. Diablo the cat and Chico the dog must give their approval to all applicants. They work well to test applicants reaction to wild boys.
