Business Description

We are a beautifully restored 1897 Queen Victorian Mansion, set on two wooded acres in downtown Denison, TX. We can accommodate wedding parties of up to 50 people indoors and 150+ outdoors at our gazebo. Our packages include bride and groom cakes, punch, nuts and mints, and coffee. The setup includes decorating and a sound system. Photographers, florists, and officant are extra, as well as extra food, but can be arranged.

  We help the bride as much as or as little as she wants. We have a gazebo for groups up to 150 guests, or a parlor for up to 50 guests. A Bride's dressing room is provided, a 20% discount is given for all rooms rented in conjunction with the wedding.   They vary as to time of day, number of guests, and whether or not you want us to provide the cakes. Please call for details.

  Pesonal attention and attention to detail. We are on site to make sure everything is in order.

  We can provide the location, the cake, punch, coffee, etc., including finger foods. We can also arrange for the caterer if needed. We have fine china and table linens for an elegant setting.

  The Inn has hosted about 50 weddings in our 4 years here. We have held rehearsal dinners, golden wedding celebrations, many showers, brunches, luncheons, teas, adult birthday parties, and tea parties for young ladies.
• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  Weddings require a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Half of the total cost is due three months before the event and the entire amount is due 30 days before the event. Showers, etc. require a $100 deposit for house rental to hold the date. Cake, punch, coffee, nuts, & mints is $3.50 + tax per person. Meals $10.83 - $15.50.

  We have three large parlors where we can seat 40+ guests. We can also offer meals and/or refreshments. Meals are served on fine china with damask tablecloths and napkins. We can also accommodate scrapbooking & quilting groups.
