There are no claim forms to fill out, no waiting period, and you employees can change providers (from within our group), any time they choose. Our dental plan also provides FREE unlimited use, dental, (exception being already contracted orthodontic work in progress), vision, prescription, and chiropractic benefits. These plans can be offered as a stand-alone program, or work with pre-existing insurance coverage (except for a dental maintenance program). We offer 6 payment options: Company Payment Options: List Bill - Draft - Representative (company receives 20% commission) Employee Payment Options: Cafeteria 125 - Payroll Deduction - Direct Billing of employee.
