We don’t own buses. By working with independent operators we maintain the flexibility to create customized group transportation. We are staffed to serve customers 24/7. Your deposit is refundable up to 31 days prior to departure date. Service cancelled within 30 days prior to departure will forfeit 30% of the cost of the trip. Any service cancelled within 14 days of departure will be assessed a fee of no more than 50% of the trip cost. Any service that is cancelled within 7 days of departure will forfeit the full amount of the trip cost.

Q.	What type(s) of buses/vehicles do you offer? How many passengers can you service at one time?
The BusBank offers motorcoaches that range from 45 to 55 passengers. Our Minibuses can seat 20 to 35 passengers. We also offer a variety of specialty vehicles such as executive coaches, school buses, trolleys, and double decker buses. Yes, we are very experienced in servicing such trips.
