To date, we have had *NO* dissatisfied customers! Because we take an UNLIMITED number of shots - usually 200-600 for a Fashion Shoot and over 1000 for a wedding, for example - we definitely have enough images to satisfy even the most finickly clients. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will retake, issue a credit for retakes, and/or credit at our sole discretion.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Our Senior Photographer has been in business for 30 years, following his father's footsteps, with a focus on Wedding and Portrait photography. Our two Junior Photographers have degrees in Graphic Arts, Photography, and/or Marketing and have numerous weddings in their portfolios as well.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
Email for our brochure, we will send it immediately. Packages start at $1500 and are VERY comprehensive! Even the low-end package includes 2 photographers, up to 10 hours of coverage, and a deluxe album.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
Yes, 50% at contract to reserve your date, and the remainder on the day of the wedding, anytime prior to the reception.

Q.	How many pictures do you take?
Unlimited! Usually 600 - 1500 for weddings.

Yes.

Q.	How many weddings have you photographed?
Hundreds and hundreds!

Q.	What is your photographic style?
A perfect mix of classic, traditional shots, and a more relaxed,photojournalistic 'capture-the-moment' approach.

Yes! As much as you like.

Q.	Do you use digital or film?
Almost exclusively digital, but we have a few clients who prefer film. No problem.

Q.	Can I see examples of your work?
Absolutely, on our Website, in our Studio on big-screen monitors, in our portfolios, and in frames on our walls. You may also see some work in local stores, shops, and boutiques, and in publications.

Q.	How far are you willing to travel?
We like the Frederick / Baltimore / DC corridor. Montgomery, Frederick, Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington Counties primarily. Travel is no problem, but we do charge an travel subsidies.

Q.	How quickly will I receive my prints?
Please allow 10-14 days for your preliminary proofs, but we often have them to you much sooner.
