Yes, we issue a written warranty at the conclusion of work when we used top quality products. An example would be a 7 year warranty on house painting when we use Sherwin Williams Super Paint. We also have a satisfaction guarentee policy.

Yes we are insured we carry & 2,000,000 in total insurance. License are not required in Texas for Painting, roofing, and guttering. We do however obtain city building permits and we comply to all city codes.

We are very competitive in our markets, we continually conduct market surveys and adjust our pricing to the market prices.

Generally 1 to 2 days is adequate, depending on the size and detail of the work to be done.

Q.	How long does a project typically take?
Depending on what type of work we are performing we should finish in 2 days to 1 week. An example would be a typical exterior paint job, on a home of up to 2500 square feet, taking 2 days.

We have members of our company that worked numerous years for Paint manufactures, as well as members that have been applying paint for many years.

Yes we provide free estimates for all services that we provide.

We acept most charge cards, and also can asist homeowners in financing thru the same bank that our company banks with.

We do not have hourly rates we bid all of our work by project.

No, our insurance will not allow that.

Q.	How does the building process work?
First if the home has multiply layers of shingles we will remove them to the decking. We will then examine the decking and replace any that is bad. Next we install a layer of underlayment followed by the installation of new shingles and flashings. All of our shingles are nailed down not stapled as others do. We will totally clean the job site of all debris and nails.

Q.	How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
Normally it will take from 2 to 5 days to completely finsih a job including the final clean up.

Yes we have 2 million dollars of insurance to protect you as well as us as a company.

We will obtain the permits from the City when it is required, we do not leave it up to our customers to get a permit.

Q.	How does the building process work?
Remove the damaged siding and examine the structural framing behind the walls for termites,rotting, or other hidden damages. If no other damage is found we will install a house wrap such as Tyvek and proceed to install the new siding. At the conclusion we will remove all debris including nails from the job site.

Depending on the size of the project it would take 2 to 5 days on a typical house.

We will obtain the permits when required. We do not expect our customers to have to provide the permit.
