Steamers Clam Bake and Catering Company specializes in clambakes, weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, dinner & cocktail parties at the beach, your home or any special location of your choice. We’ll even build the bonfire to enhance the mood of the evening. Our Clambake is prepared in our special above ground steamers using seaweed (rockweed) flown in from our docks in New England for that authentic flavor. All of the food is cooked on site and usually takes one and one-half hours to steam
