In my 33 years in the event entertainment business I have never had a client that was not thrilled with my service. My pre-planning and attention to details create an event exactly as the client wants. If I do not meet their expectations I will gladly refund their money.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
There are no actual courses for a DJ. I have been a musician all my life, guitarist, drummer, vocalist, band leader, guitar instructor, and some acting. In college at the Ohio State University I was the guitarist for the elite OSU Jazz Workshop. I was also the sound engineer for the groups recording. My bands were the most popular party/event bands in central Ohio.Very few DJs have my experience.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
2008 Prices Basic DJ services start at $200/hr. Enhanced DJ services are $250/hr. "The Entertainer" complete DJ and planning is $300/hr. Dance floor lighting is an additional $100 "The WORKS" dance floor lighting is $500 Travel costs outside central Ohio are determined on current travel costs and distance.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
There is a $200 non-refundable deposit due with the contract. In the last 5 years I have only experienced 2 cancellations both were for personal reasons. If you need to cancel just contact me.

I average around 30-40 events a year so that would put me in the range of around 1,100 events at all the major country clubs and corporations in central Ohio plus Dayton, Cincinnati, Mansfield, Marion, and Lancaster Ohio.

I have over 10,000 songs in my library plus I subscribe to a service for radio stations and professional DJs that provide 20-25 top songs in every genre each week. With this service and my extensive library I find I can meet the needs of most all my clients.

Yes clients can provide their own music, but I find I have most songs people want.

I carry a complete backup system.

Yes, I serve as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) at all the events I do.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
I wear a full tuxedo unless requested by the client. My casual attire is a black sportcoat with a black mock turtleneck shirt and black pants. I feel the DJ entertainer should not be dressed like your guests.

I am an entertainer. I am a musician. I am an actor. Most DJs to not have the background and years of experience that I have. Most DJs are just human powered CD players. They do not have the performance background and experience to truly guide and event and entertain the guests.
