Absolutely, if your not satisfied with SoundWave Music we're not doing our job. In the nine years of events I have NEVER had to refund a balance due to poor performance or equipment failure.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Brown College- Audio/Video Communucations Degree Awarded 2002 DJ of the year for outstanding customer service and performanc exellence.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Generally between $125-$175 per hour. We have all inclusive packages available.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
All professional dj services will require a "retainer" to lock in your reservation. Our deposit is between $150-$200

SoundWave Music is proud to have had performed at over 500+ events. Most of our clients were refered to us by previous clients. We have a reputation of excellence and intend on keeping it.

With over 10,000 cd quality songs available we have a very wide range to please even the most discerning of tastes. From the 1940's all all the way up to todays hits.

Absolutely, unless otherwise specified by you.

Sure, we would be happy to.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes. In the nine years of entertaining, we have never had a problem. Its just nice to know it's there just in case.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes, any and all announcements you need taken care of.

Tuxedo, Suite & Tie, you choose.

Yes, 1,000,000 both liability & theft coverage.

There are many dj's in the Twin Cities. Not all have the RAW TALENT, CHARISMA, EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE neccessary to truely stand above the competition and provide uncompromising entertainment. We are not interested in being the "biggest" dj service, just the best. We do the parties people talk about!!
