Here at Sound Illusion we always back our work and if there should be an unsatisfied client a return percentage can be worked out.

We usually require a 20% deposit that is non- refundable

. Please remember that the Sound Illusion DJs are very well-versed in selecting the music that makes the memories. Our years of experience combined with our vast music collection allows us to “read” a room with ease and play songs that are sure to be crowd-pleasers.

We would be happy to play any cd you wish to supply us.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
A.Our equipment is state of the art. It is custom-designed just for DJs, and is packed carefully for transport and always well-maintained. Still, we firmly believe that your event is too important to take any chances, so we also maintain a complete set of back-up equipment

Q.	What is your standard attire?
A.Our DJs wear tuxedos for weddings. We are happy to wear our tuxedos at other events as well. You may tell us what you prefer when you book your event.

Q.	Are you insured?
A For everyone’s protection, Sound Illusion DJs carries a one million dollar liability insurance policy. This is actually required by most catering halls.

Q.	How are you different from other disc jockeys?
We are selective in our Dj's. They are fully trained,experienced,polished professionals that work with you and everyone involved in your event. We know how to tastefully select our music and involve your guests that will result in a sea of smiling faces in celebration of you.
