Client satisfaction is very important to us and have had just two clients leave over the last two years. For clients that do wish to leave, we refund all fees on a pro-rated basis determined by the number of days left in the quarter (we charge fees at the beginning of each quarter). |

We charge a minimum fee of $2500 annually, or for accounts over $250,000 in size, we charge a sliding fee scale, beginning at 1% per annum and charged quarterly in advance. |

Yes we do. We view the initial consultation as chance to further explain our services and determine whether our services match your needs. Additionally, we will meet with as many as three times in order for you to become comfortable with our firm, its services and skills. |

Our paperwork takes just 1-to-2 days. However, depending upon the speed with which your prior provider processes your request, it may take several weeks before your funds are transferred. |
