|
| Q. |
What is your approach to financial planning? |
| |
I will review information you provide about your circumstances (investments, taxes, insurance, employee benefits, wills & trusts, etc.) and confirm that I understand your concerns, goals and objectives. We will then work together to establish and prioritize objectives. We will review the problems and opportunities you are facing, explore the alternatives and present a Menu Of Solutions™. |
|
| Q. |
What services do you offer? |
| |
With individuals and families we do custom financial, retirement & estate planning. When asked this also includes implementation of the plan with investment and insurance products. For business owners we expand our work to include business succession planning and employee benefits. |
|
| Q. |
How many clients do you currently manage? |
| |
As an organization, Mosaic serves over 2,000 clients, many of whom use our comprehensive financial planning and implementation services. I also work with clients on a planning-only basis. I have approximately 100 clients, leaving plenty of time for the kind of individual attention and personalization you expect. |
|
| Q. |
Will you be the only person working with me? |
| |
You will have me as your lead advisor. Since I work with a team of professionals, you can be sure that I will bring the necessary expertise for any situation you may have. And you can be sure that whenever you need to talk, you will have access to someone familiar with you and your situation. |
|
| Q. |
How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services? |
| |
Plans that address the multiple aspects of a family’s finances typically cost $1,500 to $5,000. Business owner planning is $2,500 to $10,000. Where less extensive analysis is involved, I may employ project fees. Asset management program fees are calculated as an annual percentage of the assets under management. Insurance companies pay us commissions depending on the products you purchase. |
|
| Q. |
How much risk should I be willing to take? |
| |
We complete and in-depth interview with you to help you determine your appropriate risk level. We have a proprietary questionnaire that helps you understand your tolerance for risk. |
