I am a Certified Financial Planner™ Practioner with B.S.'s in both Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. In order to become certified as a financial planner I had to meet educational, work experience and ethical standards as well as study and exhibit competency in 6 areas vital to financial planning.

TCS Financial Services is a complete wealth management firm meaning in adddition to financial planning we also offer investment and insurance services. Financial Planning can encompass investment, retirement, estate, tax, insurance and college planning.

I currently work with multiple clients in multiple states. These include individuals, families and corporate executives.

Q.	Will you be the only person working with me?
I will be the only person you work with however certain specialists may or may not be needed based on your individual circumstances. These people may include lawyers or CPA's.

Q.	How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services?
Comprehensive Financial Planning is billed as a fixed fee or for specific issues an hourly rate may be charged. General practice is to bill 25% upon signing the agreement, 50% upon delivery of the draft plan and 25% upon delivery of the final plan. Payment can be made via cash, check or money order. For asset management we charge via a % of the amount managed or a pre-arranged fee.

Risk is determined via a risk management assesment. The amount of risk you should take is the minimum you are comfortable with while still maintaing the ability to meet your goals.

Clients can have accounts with any financial institution however TCS Financial Services presently has agreements with TD Ameritrade and Fidelity Investments for custodial accounts. By choosing to maintain an account with these firms we can provide a great er level of service on your accounts.

Q.	How do you charge for your services?
Charges for managing assets are based on a fee. TCS uses a sliding scale so the more money under management the lower the rate. In addition we lower clients a class after two years of management.

All initial consultations are complimentary and can be completed at our office, your place of employment or your home. We schedule with a time that is convenient for you.

My clients work with me becuase of the personalized service and independant recommendations made for their specific needs. By working with their comfort level and explaining all actions if they are unclear, my personal relationship with all client provides a level of comfort that is not found with brokers at the larger firms.
