Frequently Asked Questions |
 |
| Q. |
Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your plan we will refund your planning fee. |
|
| Q. |
What are your qualifications? What is your education background? |
| |
I have been in the industry for almost 10 years. I received my Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, studying Finance, Accounting and Portfolio Management. I also hold my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and Chartered Life UnderwriterTM designation. I am a Level III candidate for the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
|
| Q. |
What is your approach to financial planning? |
| |
We take our clients through a proven process. Spending a lot of time with them upfront to understand your fears, goals, desires and family makeup. We then construct a comprehensive plan and mutually evaluate alternatives. Once the plan is finalized we move to implementation, representing you in the market you need.
