  Yes we do, for customers who purchase a service package we have specific refund policies based on terms of the service. For our Annual Pest Prevention programs - if covered pest come back, so do we and it's FREE!
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Invader Pest Management is Licensed in Pest, Termite, Weed and Turf & Ornamental pest control. Each technician is highly trained in their respective field of knowledge and acquires a minimum of 12 credit hours of education per year. Our Company and techs are QualityPro Certified, QualityPro Schools Certified and GreenPro Certified.
• What are your rates?
  We are happy to provide a Free in-home evaluation and a written quote based on your pest control needs, size of property and frequency of service.
• Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
  Yes we do have service maintenance agreements available. We also have plans available for those who do not wish to commit to a service plan. However, rates are normally higher for those who do not accept a service plan.
• What is your standard warranty? Do you offer any guarantees?
  Our standard warranty for an Annual Pest Prevention program is if pests return between scheduled services, so will Invader at no extra charge.
• If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  If you become a regular customer and have accepted a service agreement, showing our terms and treatment methods that apply to your specific needs, Yes we will come back, at no charge! "One time" services and "as call" services do not include free call backs, follow up calls will include additional fees.
• If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
  In order to maintain consistent pricing throughout the year, we give our customers on service agreement better rates than those who choose one time services. In order to pass the savings along to our regular customers we do not allow skips.
• How long are your service visits?
  The length of a service visit depends on the severity of the pest infestation. Also, an initial service is normally longer than regular maintenance services. I would suggest that you plan for at least one hour minimum, just in case.
• How long do treatments last?
  Depends upon what we are treating for, but as an example if we are doing monthly service - we design a program to last 30 days, Bi-monthly 60 days, Quarterly 90, etc...
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  We follow the labels of all pesticides that we use. Most labels have a warning statement advising to keep children and pets out of area until dry. We do strongly recommend that our customers follow any label requirements as advised by our highly trained and licensed applicators in order to protect you and your pets from any harm.
• How soon can I water after your visit?
  In most cases the next day is fine, but it all depends upon what kind of service is being performed. Our Technician will inform his customer at time of service if there are any special steps the customer must make.
• Are you insured?
  Yes, we are insured, in fact it is a State Law and required in order to be a Licensed Pest Control Company.
• What makes you different from other pest control services?
  We have more exerience than most companies and have probably tackled more tough pest situations than even the largest companies who are too concerned about working outside of their canned service products to train for specialty services. We Specialize in Bed Bugs, Roof Rats, Scorpions, Termites and Pigeons to name our top 5. Plus we also do Weed Pre-Emergent service as well.
• What are your rates?
  We do not quote rates over the phone or the internet as it is not legal to do so in Arizona. An inspection must be made in order to present a proposal for termite control. We will do a FREE inspection!
• Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
  Yes, It is required in the State of Arizona that all termite work be sold on a Service Agreement.
• Do you offer any guarantees?
  Yes, we guarantee all termite treatment as specified on our Wood Destroying Insect Treatment Agreement.
• If I do not see any termites can I skip a service?
  We offer an annual inspection with our termite warranty, and yes we will allow a skip, however we will come back antime if they see evidence of termites.
• How long are your service visits?
  Service visits range based on size of property and the specific needs of the customer, but our goal is to take as long as necessary to make sure the customer is protected from pests.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  Our programs are designed to be the most effective, while reducing the risk to pets and children.
• Are you insured?
  We are insured.
• If I have a termite problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  All our termite treatment programs have an associated guarantee, from one to five years, based on the program you choose. On a service program with a guarantee, if Termites return so will we - for FREE.
• What is your standard warranty?
  We offer a one, three and five year option for Termite warrantys.
