We came from New York over 30 years ago and have brought a diversity of food and event experience to the Texas catering scene. Our kitchen is one of the largest catering kitchens in Dallas.

We are called "Totally Catering" because we can do the "Total" job. We help with the location, tables, chairs, linens, utensils, flowers, photographer, music and most of all, the menu.

Our menu selection is extensive. Our chefs are expert at preparing a wide variety of dishes from basic American, to Italian, Asian, Mexican and more.

And,most importantly, we are with you at every step of the way.

We work within your budget and do everything to insure the most memorable event.

Obviously, this depends on the order. Generally, 24 hours is required for basic catering orders up to 500 guests.

We offer complete Beverage service. Beer, wine and alcohol are subject to regulation.
