We have a fully mobile kitchen for venues that may not have adequate facilities to prepare your chosen menu. We also provide all serving and preparation utensils, equipment, buffet table linens as well as experienced Chef and Waitstaff. A qualified bartender can be arranged including appropriate glassware upon request. Our staff sets up the entire dining and preparation area, prepares and serves your chosen menu, maintains the buffet and guest dining area, and cleans up following the conclusion of your event.
