  Yes, 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Commercial customers are not invoiced unless finished work is approved and accepted.
• What are your rates?
  Rates depend upon assignment details, including time needed, deadline, location, usage, number of images, etc. Stock pricing is dependent upon usage.

• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes, for ordered fine art prints.

  Yes.

  Normal processing is 48 hours but rushed orders are available at an additional cost.

  I can provide images in either digital format, transparencies, prints or all three.

  Yes. Samples and tear sheets are available in hard copy, online at www.luminousphotos.com and via CD Rom.
• How far are you willing to travel?
  I am willing to travel up to 200 miles without adjusting pricing. Assignments worldwide are considered depending upon budget.

  Print and electronic are available.

  I have attended photogrpahy courses and seminars but the bulk of my qualifications are my experience.
