• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Like most Photographers I do have a general contract. Basically reserves the date for both of us. Most sales are final however dis-satisfactions or problems will be addressed.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Started out at Milwaukee Area Technical College-Photography,New York Institute of Photography. Over 30 weddings have been photographed in past 10 years. Developing film, enlargements to use of many styles of cameras through the years.
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
  review web site for pictures, at a consultation/Meeting can show and discuss packages and rates. You'll be surprised at the Charges. Pictures are reviewed and correced and printed on high quality papers.(not home printers).
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes, usually $100 to hold, will take payments up to wedding day. I stay in touch to verify dates and changing circumstances.
• How many pictures do you take?
  Usually between pre-wedding, wedding and reception, 80 to ????
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Yes, you can order professional prints through my web site and you get a CD with all the additional pictures. If any film used, you get the negatives.No buying of proofs or negatives or images.
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  In last 10 years 30. I do this part time, just on weekends so I do from 8 to 10 a year.
• What is your photographic style?
  Can do traditional shots, candids, whatever is requested.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes.
• Do you use digital or film?
  Both, mostly Digital, high resolution Nikon or Canon SLR Cameras.
• Can I see examples of your work?
  Please check web site, and upon meeting have samples of albums.
• How far are you willing to travel?
  Depends, based out of Blue Springs MO, no charge for 75 miles or so over 75 miles Motel room general expenses, will be agreed upon up front. Bahamas would cost a little more, but not adverse to any distance.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Usually with in 2-3 weeks.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  Working at this part time most expenses are kept low due to overhead of a studio, rentals ect. This is passed on to the customer as reasonable prices. A nice traditional wedding album 6 8x10's 24 5x7's assembled, with CD of all pictures is usually around $650. Many, many different packages can be arranged.
