What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
We have over 30 years of experience in photography and video production. We both have degrees in media communication and mass media.

Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of $250.00 is required to book your date no matter what package you choose. We do not "bump" clients.

How many pictures do you take?
We do not count image files or frames. We shoot between 200 and 800 images normally depending on the length of time and the size of the wedding. We have shot as many as 800+.

Can I keep the negatives?
Rights to image files can be purchased.

How many weddings have you photographed?
I did my first wedding in 1974. We have done hundreds more since then. We do 20 to 25 per year.

What is your photographic style?
We like to call our style traditional, photojournalistic, fun. We never forget a wedding is a celebration of love.

Do you provide black and white photography?
Yes. We can convert any image to black and white at your request.

We use only digital.

How far are you willing to travel?
We will go anywhere in the Chicago Metropolitan Area including NW Indiana. We charge a small fee for weddings outside the Chicago Metro Area.

How quickly will I receive my prints?
Proof books & CDs are normally ready in three to six weeks after your wedding. Online proofing is normally ready much sooner. Sometimes less than a week.

What makes you different from other photographers?
We are low key and friendly. We make everyone feel at ease and we do not try to take over your wedding. We shoot a lot and are always willing to try something new. We honor any requests for photography from your guests.
