• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, when my customers are satisfied they refer their family and friends. If a complaint is made I will do everything to resolve it to my customers satisfaction.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  With over nine years experience working at the premier country club in the Twin Cities I have received the highest level of service expectations. I am continually updating my education with event specific credits and I will complete my certification with Association of Bridal Consultants.
• How many weddings have you planned?
  Between 300 and 400 weddings over the span of almost 10 years.
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  My assistance can be as much or as little as required by the bridal couple. Perhaps only a consultation is needed to answer questions and get the couple started or they may need complete planning from budget setting, venue and vendor selection, guest list management, contract review and confirmations to overseeing rehearsal, ceremony and reception set-up as well as troublshooting the unexpected.
• Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  Everything begins with a consultation to determine styles, likes and dislikes, expectations, dreams and budgets. The consultation is also the time for a meeting of the minds ~ do we connect on most if not all levels? Can we work together to achieve your vision? If the answer is yes I follow-up with a summary of our meeting including expectations, vision, budget and list of things to do by when.
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  I do recommend specific wedding professionals because I can be assured they are experts in their field and will deliver the highest quality product or service. My reputation is directly tied to the professionals I recommend and I trust their pricing to be fair and that they will exceed expectations every time. The final decision for whom to choose is always the bridal couple.
• Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  I do not receive compensation from vendors for referring clients. However, I have negotiated discounted fees or complimentary upgrades, which I pass directly to my clients for substantial savings.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Absolutely! Bridal consultants have tips and tricks that can save couples substantial dollars. In addition, they have established relationships with other wedding experts who are willing to provide services at discounts or offer complimentary upgraded packages. These discounts or upgrades are passed directly to the bridal couple. Many times these discounts cover the consultants fee.
• What are your rates?
  My packages start at $500 ~
• What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  My speciality is unique wedding venues from ceremony sites to reception venues ~ I seek out extraordinary locations based on the desires of the bridal couple and design an enchanting experience which will exceed expectations.
• What services do you offer?
  Complete destination planning from start to finish or weekend wedding management for those couples who have planned everything but now want to relax and enjoy their entire wedding weekend. I will confirm and oversee arrangements from accommodations to the final good-byes and everything in between. I am also there to problem solve should the unexpected arise.
• What location(s) do you represent?
  I specialize in historic lodges and resorts in Minnesota and Wisconsin. However there are some newer resorts and properties which provide exceptional accommodations for wedding ceremonies and receptions that I would not hesitate to recommend.
