  We strive to provide excellent customer service to our customer. We look at any complaint on a case by case basis. If we determine that a refund or discount of service is warranted we are more the happy to provide it.
• What type(s) of buses/vehicles do you offer? How many passengers can you service at one time?
  We currently have 47,48,49 passenger buses
• Are you able to service overnight / long distance trips?
  We are happy to service overnight and long distance trips.
• Do you require a deposit up front when booking a charter bus?
  Yes, we require a 10% deposit on all charter bus to hold your dates
• Do you allow food / beverages in your vehicles?
  Yes, we allow food and beverages on vehicle
