Unfortunally we do not have a refund policy. Our Customer satisfaction is guaranteed! Custmer has total control of their projects. Before project is sent to post production for Dvd Authoring , the customers are asked to come in and view the final cut and Approve on project to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Our credentials are listed on our website. The founder and owner of Dreamworld Entertainment has 12 years experience on film and television productions. He got his BA from NYU in Communications, Film and Video and is also a member of WEVA International (Wedding and Events Videography Association).

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
We Offer 3 Packages. Our packages are listed on our website, www.dreamworldentertainmentinc.com . Our Packages are $1495, $1695 and $1995. We also have the economy Package starting at $795, call for info on this package.

Q.	How much are additional copies?
Our Additional DVD copies are $29.

Q.	Do you provide copies on DVD?
Yes. Our DVD's are custom and personalized with totally enhanced with 5.1 Digital Surround sound and Interactice Menus.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 1/3 Deposit from which ever pakage you choose. Another 1/3 is due a week before the event or at the rehearsal and the last payment of 1/3 is not due 6 to 8 weeks after the event date on completion.

Q.	How many cameras do you use?
Our packages are Usually a (2) Camera shoot and it's not only for the ceremony but for the entire day. We can accommodate as many cameras as you like and we can also customized a package that's right for you with 1 Camera. Just give us a call.

Q.	Do you provide editing services?
Yes. We provide Editing Services with the most sofisticated and state of the art editing systems that are now available.

Q.	What makes you different from other videographers?
Our Differences from most Videographers are the years and experience in cinematography. We shoot journalistic and cinematic style; since our experience comes from shooting Hollywood quality Films and Television. We do not use a cookie cutting format for your wedding. Every wedding we shoot and edit is unique and different.
