I believe in creating a comprehensive financial plan that is unique to each individual client by bringing together all of your financial goals. The three aspects include: Contingencies for the unexpected, Accumulation for the expected, and Preservation (including Estate Planning) for the later years. |

Alan L Rosenberg & Company, Inc. is a fee based RIA. We can be compensated through flat fees, hourly fees, a fee as a percentage of assets under management and/or commissions. These fees/commissions are determined prior to any plan implementation and all such fees/commissions are fully disclosed to our clients. |

We have no discretionary accounts under management. All transactions are approved by the client in advance. |

Do you offer any guaranteed results? |

A true comprehensive financial plan can only assist you in reaching your goals. It can never guarantee success. There are however certain investment guarantees available from many insurance companies that can be utilized when appropriate. |

How much risk should I be willing to take? |
| |
“Risk” is not knowing what you are doing according to Warren Buffet. Market volatility is something completely different. It is important to understand the difference. Different people have different risk tolerance levels. When a financial plan is created and implemented, if you still can’t sleep at night, it wasn’t the right plan for you. |
