• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Moonlight Event Planning. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will forfeit any payments made.
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  We provide many services, including wedding day or reception only coordination, floral, etiquette guidance, supervising vendors and offering a wedding day emergency kit. We are available to make your day sparkle!
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  Moonlight Event Planning has developed a business relationship with a list of preferred vendors and would highly recommend them.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Yes, call to scehdule your free consultation!
• What are your rates?
  $25.00 an hour, if you?re not doing a package
• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  50% of the package price is due at time of booking, along with the service agreement. Your final payment is due one week prior to your event.
