Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

We’re very sure that you will be happy with the choices that are made because we are here to assist and consult the bride but the brides make the final decisions. We do offer a refund 25% of the last payment received only. The reason for this is that we may have done a great amount of work prior, therefore we must be compensated for the work that has been done. |

I strongly suggest that everyone hire a wedding planner at some point for their special day. Even if its only for day of coordination. This is a day that you want to make sure that eveyone enjoys including yourself, so why should you be bothered with the little things. |
