  Complete refund no questions asked, up to 72 hours after signed contract. We guarantee to give the most professional service possible to make your event as perfect as possible.

Q.  What cuisine(s) do you specialize in?
  Gourmet chefs specialize in international cuisine. Italian, Mexican, Southwestern, Cajun, Greek, Indian, Kosher, Chinese, French, German, etc…

Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  Ballroom, chairs, tables, private parking, dance floor, stage, security, decorations, gourmet catering, wait staff, bar service, AV equipment, fruit station, chocolate fountain, DJ/emcee, Ice sculpture, full cake service, photo & video, make up/hair, chapel, limousine, florist, entertainment, etc...

Q.  Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  Reserve the ballroom & church/chapel first. The rest of the details can be coordinated after these two important reservations have been made. Our banquet halls take care of everything, that is the best idea.

Q.  Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  At our facility it is not necessary, because we have professionals on staff. If the venue does not offer these things, professionals are your best bet. Try not to leave one of the most important days of your life in the hands of an amateur.

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  A very small percentage is usually required. This lets us use only the best vendors exclusively and because of exclusivity they give us a discount that we can pass on to our clients

  Cleopatra Room Days - $400.00 Evenings - $800.00 Bella Ballroom (Up to 220 Guests)Days - $ 500.00 Evenings - Fri/Sun - $1,995.00, Saturday - $2,300.00 Mon/Thur - $1,000.00 Athena Ballroom (Up to 500 Guests) Days - $1,000.00 Evenings - Fri/Sun - $3,800.00 Saturday - $4,300.00 Mon/Thur $1,250.00 We also have a ballroom that holds 500+

  We do everything to make your event as perfect as possible & there is NO FEE for coordination services.

  A big beautiful banquet hall facility that will take care of all your coordination needs.

  Not on site, but these things can be arranged.

  Cleopatra room apprx. 1,000 square feet Bella ballroom apprx. 3,800 square feet Athena ballroom apprx. 8,800 square feet There other smaller (break out) rooms including a brides & grooms rooms as well.
