Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  We assist from beginning to end, at the end, or anywhere in between! We are a concierge and lifestyle management company and can assist our clients with everything from limousine and hotel arrangements to planning their honeymoon to taking care of mundane errands and flower arrangements. We are at your service!

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  We do not accept kickbacks from vendors. We do not mark up any rates. Our rates are in addition to vendor rates. Our goal is to secure as much of a discount as possible for our clients.

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Yes you can! Brides go wrong in thinking a consultant is an additional expense when, in fact, you include your consultant's service fee IN the budget.

Q.  What are your rates?
  Rates actually depend on how small or large the wedding is. It can be anywhere from $750-$3000+.

Q.  What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  We treat our clients like family. If we don't accept something for ourselves, we surely won't try to get our clients to accept it. Because we are a full service concierge company, our clients are exposed to a whole realm of services and, in some cases, are free of charge. We offer our exclusive "concierge package", which allows us to plan your whole wedding and you just sign the checks. Flat fee.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Hourly rates range from $75 to $350, depending on the vehicle and the occasion. The rate is usualy higher for Proms and Weddings.

Q.  How much is the gratuity?
  Gratuity is 20%, which is industry standard.

Q.  Do you provide snacks and beverages?
  Snacks and beverages are provided upon request.

Q.  How much is the deposit?
  Deposit is 25% - 50%.

Q.  What is your cancellation policy?
  If you cancel, you forfeit the deposit.

Q.  Are you insured?
  All vehicles are fully insured.

Q.  Do you have wedding packages?
  Wedding packages start at $350.

Q.  What types of vehicles do you offer?
  Depends.

Q.  Is smoking permitted?
  Smoking is not permitted.

Q.  How much is the deposit?
  Deposit is usually 25-50% with the balance due two weeks before the event date.

Q.  How much is the gratuity?
  Gratuity is 20%.

Q.  What are your rates? Is there a minimum requirement?
  Rates depend on the actual vehicle. There is a 3 hour minimum for regular services. Weddings have a different requirement and would require more information.
