We offer everything from Full Service Coordination to "Day Of" Coordination. We also have complete ceremony packages for the couple who wants a completely relaxed experience. All you have to do is make a few decisions and your wedding is planned.

Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
Through the planning process, I continually communicate with my clients. Any matters that arise are addressed immediately. Generally refunds are not issued since I set up a payment plan with my clients on a pay-as-we-go basis. Within 30 days of your wedding, usually no refunds are issued. |

I am a very active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) www.bridalassn.com. I have met the requirements to become a Professional Bridal Consultant, including hands-on training under the current ABC State Coordinator. I am also a co-director of the West Central Florida division of ABC. |

I can provide as much or as little service as you need. I offer a full-service package for those couples who need the most help. Destination packages for couples who want it all planned for them. And a package for those couples who want to plan everything but want someone to take care of the rehearsal, ceremony and to help get the reception off to a good start. |

Do you get a "kickback" from vendors? |

Absolutely not! By accepting kickbacks, the line is blurred that defines who a wedding planner is working for. I offer a package at a flat price that both my clients and I agree to. I do not base my fees on your budget either. That way, there is no incentive for me to urge you to spend more. I offer a fair and reasonable rate for my services. |

Can I afford a bridal consultant? |

Can you afford NOT to have one? Just knowing that someone is there to take care of the small problems is worth the fee. With the vendor contacts and other discounts I receive, I am often able to save my clients amounts close to or more than my fee. |

Generally rates begin in the $500 range. I also run specials that begin as low as $299!! Contact me to find out if I am running any of these specials. |
