Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of becoming a member, you must notify AmeriPlan in writing and you will receive a complete refund of your membership fees. You are responsible for all fees for services or products received from the AmeriPlan providers. After 30 days membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time upon writen notice to AmeriPlan.

Q.	What are your rate plans?
Members can save 25% - 65% on all restorative and cosmetic work (fillings, crowns, braces, etc.) and up to 80% on preventative work (teeth cleaning, x-rays, etc.) performed by a general dentist. Specialist fees are discounted 25%

Q.	What is covered?
Orthodontics (braces) for both children and adults. Cosmetic dentistry and all specialists are included.

Q.	Are pre-existing conditions covered?
Since AmeriPlan™ is not insurance or a health organization, all pre-existing conditions are covered except orthodontic treatment in progress.

Q.	Can I choose my own dentist?
You can choose any dentist in the plan and change whenever you want, without having to notify anyone.

No waiting period. You can go to the dentist same day that you receive your membership package and benefits card.
