Yes. If we do something wrong we fix it at our expense, if the supplier makes a mistake we make them fix it, if the customer needs to cancel or make changes we have no fees. Insurance always gets a full refund on your trip if you meet the terms of the policy. We help process the paperwork at no cost. Our refund policy is whatever the supplier's terms are. Ours are not more restrictive.
