  We offer free consultations to thoroughly discuss your objectives and our strategy to reach them before beginning any program. Though we don’t offer refunds, you may pay as you go to determine if the program matches your desired goal path.

  When necessary we recommend various nutritional experts based on individual needs. Otherwise we utilize the most current nutritional science information to create guidelines for sustainable dietary habits that match your goals.

  We prefer the type of diet and nutrition plan that allows for sustainability. Implementing plans you cannot sustain will only result in a yoyo effect resulting in greater weight gain over time.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  The primary certification and education is obtained through RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) and MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques). They are currently the only two organizations that deal specifically with biomechanics and neuromuscular function as it relates to exercise. Both programs involve varying degrees of cadaver labs to give a more in depth understanding of exercise physiology.

Q.  What approach do you take with your clients?
  Our approach is one of science, education and fun. We do neuromuscular evaluations to identify critical joint weak links prior to exercise. With that, we can show you how to place appropriate demands on your body without injury. Lastly, we break traditionally flawed & boring exercise protocols by using simple physics and biomechanics to create an endless diversity of exercises.

Q.  Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  Training is provided at your location; home, office or outdoors. Our understanding of biomechanics and physics creates no restrictions on our ability to train you safely and effectively anywhere.

Q.  Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No. We bring the primary equipment required. There are a few basic items such as a stability ball and a floor mat we may ask you to have available. Any other equipment recommendations will be based on specific objectives such as sport specific goals.

Q.  Do you provide dietary advice?
  Yes. We will help bring clarity to the overwhelming amount of food and nutritional supplement information currently available on the market. This will allow you make appropriate decisions in relation to your health and fitness goals.

Q.  What are your rates?
  Half hour and one hour sessions are available with a half hour session beginning at $40. Pricing is based on, location, number of sessions, and number of participants. Package and group rates provide the most value and are recommended for optimal success.

Q.  Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  Yes. Training 3 days a week minimally (guided and unguided) will guarantee change. Lasting results are based on many factors. The most important factor is your active healthy participation in the process. We will make every effort to guide you to the results you desire.

Q.  What makes you different from other fitness trainers?
  Healthy lifelong results are not obtained by memorizing exercise protocols, names of body parts, or working until you hurt. It's an understanding of the many components that allow us to perform effectively for a lifetime with minimal wear and tear. Our understanding & application of biomechanics, physics & physiology as it relates to exercise is the component that separates us from all others.
