  ABSOLUTLY!!!!!!! Carbs are NOT your enemy! Its eating the right kinds of carbs that will aid in weight loss.

  You do not have to cut too many foods out of your diet, we need tio see how you are currently eating, the assess the changes that need to be made. Its incorporating the right types of foods and healthy amounts that are key!

Q.  Why do you focus on calories?
  You need to eat a certian range of calories based on your age, height, weight and goal weight. If you go over that reange without expending the righrt amount as well, you will store the excess as fat.

Q.  How can I easily keep track of what I eat?
  Very easily. We will priovide you with easy to use software so you can eat the foods you normally eat and still lose weight! We will teach you how to make simple adjustments and not starve, crave, or not enjoy the foods you are eating.

  Absolutly, we will teach you how to dine out smart!

Q.  Can a vegetarian be on your program?
  Absolutly. We are big advocates for whole foods diets. Lean meats, poultry and fish are very important in getting adoquate proteins and minerals yet there are other things you can eat to make sure that you are getting an balanced diet if meats are not what you prefer.

Q.  Can I drink alcohol while on the program?
  You can, but limit the amount you drink.

Q.  Shouldn't I just eat low-fat products to lose weight?
  Not nessacarily. A lot of low-fat products are very high in sugar or sodium, always check your labels. Balance is key.

Q.  Will I go hungry using your program?
  NO WAY! We teach you to eat so that you are NEVER hungry! This is the way to a safe, and healthy weight loss program!

Q.  Does your program make room for favorite food cravings?
  Of course. It is human and perfectly normal to have unhealthy cravings. We will teach you how to plan around these types of days so that you do not fall into a trap.

Q.  How much weight can I lose per month on your program?
  The safe way to lose weight would be 8-10 ounds a month. It depends on where you are and what your limitations are biomechanically. We provide a free consultation for this reason, at the meeting we will ask you several questions and assess the time it will take you to reach your goal.

  Realistic, long term goals.

Q.  How often do I need to weigh myself while using your program?
  Weiging yourself is not nessacary, actually you can throw away your scale! We will measure you and take your body composition once a month, for that is the accurate way of tracking your progress.

Q.  Do I have to go to the gym or exercise several hours per week to lose weight?
  Exercise expends calories, is good for your hearth, lungs and respitory system. It will help you to reach your goals faster and shape your body. Exercise will give you more energy and you will want to eat better.

  If you have doctors clearance, and no current pregnancy-related problems, yes.

Q.  Can I use your program if I am already taking prescription medicines for weight loss?
  If you have clearance from your doctor, which we need written proof of, yes.

Q.  Can I be on the program if I have high blood pressure or diabetes?
  Yes, again, if you have medical clearance. We refer people with certian medical conditions to a clinical professional with further training.

Q.  What if I have a pre-existing condition that is not listed?
  We ask you a detailed questionare about your health history, if there is any condition you have that we are not trained to deal with, we have excellent clinical professional to refer you to that can help you.

  All of our trainers are certified and trained by highly recognized academic certification companies.

  We all have extensive backrounds in exercise psyiology, kineisiology and post-rehabilitation.

  An individualized approach based on their needs, goals, and current fitness level.

Q.  Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  In their home or office.

  No, our company can bring out traveling gym to you!

Q.  What are your rates?
  Our services range anywhere from $8.00-$100.00 a session based on the program you choose, whether it is provat, semi-private or small group. Area we travel to, ect.

Q.  Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  Results are only guarenteed if the individual puts 100% effort in as well, we can not be there 24 hours a day, but want our clients to be honest as possible when entering our program.
