• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We strive to deliver the best entertainment in the industry and stand behind every show! If for some reason the client isn't satisfied, we will do whatever possible to make things right!
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?

• What are your hourly rates?
  Our company packages don't include hourly rates unless its an event like a private party, school dance, bar event, or city celebration. Then we charge $100 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Only a $100 deposit is needed to reserve your date. Client must cancel event within 3 months of event or balance is due. We will work with our clients to reschedule or make necessary changes that will benefit both the client and our company.
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  13 years experience. Jayden Thomas has entertained almost 1,000 events in those 13 years!
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We have access and play a wide variety of music. We have an online planning tool accesible through our website that a client can select songs to include at the event.
• Do you take requests?
  OF COURSE! We take requests through entire event!
• Can I provide my own music?
  Yes you may. However, in most cases we either have the song or we can locate the song using our different subscription services.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  YES. All of our dj's travel with backup equipment! This includes music, amps, speakers, etc.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  YES. Unless otherwise requested. Your dj will guide your guests through dinner, cutting of the cake, speeches/toasts, prayer, and introduce the wedding party. He will also coordinate with caterers and venue to make sure things run smoothly and timely!
• What is your standard attire?
  Suit unless otherwise requested.
• Are you insured?
  YES. We carry a 2 million dollar liability policy
• How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  Experience. With over 13 years experience entertaining all types of events we can suggest and recommend ways to add those personal touches to your event. We are also interactive with you and your guests throughout the evening making sure everyone is having a GREAT time! FUN! Your event will be fun...it's suppose to be fun......!
