• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  No I do not, because I know the customer will always be satisfied with the services I offer. I live by Customer First, Competitive Rates, Consumer Relationships and I also strive to live by my Army Values and implement them in my daily life.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I hold two separate minors one in professional sound engineering and the other in business management.
• What are your hourly rates?
  We don't charge hourly rates we have a set packaged price that is customised to what your are needing. Call or email us for a quote.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes, our deposit is 50% of the contracted rate, All deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the engagement unless the DJ cancels the engagement.
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  I have been DJing for 5 years now and I have done countless events ranging from weddings to birthday parties you name it. DJing is a passion I live for, and I get this overwhelming peace when I dj an event it's something in words that I cannot describe.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  I specialise in all the genre's of music
• Do you take requests?
  This is an up in the air question.. I try to stick to the request list that the client and I come up with but if the client is alright with me taking requests then I would be happy to take them.
• Can I provide my own music?
  No, I make sure that you are getting what you are wanting and all my music is legally purchased and I am registered for a DJ Music site called Promo's only. Promo's only is where I get the top current hits of the week. I want to make sure the music I am delivering you is Top of the line crisp clean songs, and with that being said all my music is radio edited.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes, I have a total of three full separate systems.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes, I have tons of experience in this realm and I love to get the crowd involved in everything I say and Do.
• What is your standard attire?
  I normally wear black slacks with a black shirt and tie, But if it is more formal then that I will wear my full Tuxedo.
• Are you insured?
  Yes, I carry a million dollars of Liability coverage on me at all times and if you would like to see a copy of it just ask me prior to our first consultation. I always have it in my business binder though.
• How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  I always have two people out at every event, The other person is a professional lighting technician he is also cross trained as a DJ/MC if something came down during the event basically an act of god. I also have a Special Dance for Wedding's that no other DJ company does and this is what mainly sets my company apart. Ask me about this special dance and I will explain it to you.
