This has never been an issue. Upper Valley DJ will only send trained professionals to your event.

The Uppper Valley DJ's have vast experience, and most have attended numerous seminars at National DJ conventions.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
We generally do not charge by the hour, we quote based on the entire gig, and then charge an overtime fee if applicable.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are required in order to confirm an event. If Cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the function, a refund may be in order depending on the circumstances.

Upper Valley DJ currently puts on shows at least 5 days a week, and has performed at thousands of different events.

We cater to all Genre's of music.

Yes, we do carry some back up equipment, although we use very high end dependable brands and have not ever had a failure to this point.
