We have a customer satisfaction survey for your feed back. In the event that you are totally not pleased with our work we will seek a third party to arbitrate our diferrences and abide by their ruling. -

We have attended seminars provided by professional dj associations, and our experiances over the years has been the best teacher in crowd pleasing. We also attend new gear trade shows to keep ourselves intouch with technology advancement. -
What are your hourly rates?
Our rates range from $55-$85 depending on hours booked and required equipment. Lighting is included in the total charge. -
Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
We require a $100.00 retainer fee which is applied to the final balance. Should any date be cancelled the retainer becomes non-refundable, it covers preparation costs and loss of business. -

Each one of our djs has varying experiences and we all have listed this information on our meet the djs link of the website. -

We have three working djs available for any function that each have their own music specialities. Check out more information on the meet the djs link on our website. -
Do you take requests?
We have a page on our website that will compile your requests up to 1 day before the event. Once you confirm a booking you will be supplied with a password so you can log on and make necessary changes as many times as you like. We also provide guest requests which is controlled by you. You will give your chosen guests access to to the guest list and they can also make requests. -
Can I provide my own music?
We make every effort to get any music that you request and is not part of our extensive music library. However, you are free to provide music that you like to be played and we will be too happy to oblige. -
Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes we have backup equipment that we always have setup and ready to go at the flick of a switch so as not to kill the party mood. -
Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
If required we can provide the Mc. -
What is your standard attire?
We dress up in tuxedos/suits for most events, with the exception of picnics where we will dress in neat casuals, or in the event of a party requirement we will try to blend in. -
Are you insured?
We have limited liability insurance to cover damage to property or in the unlikely event that our equipment causes physical injury. -
How are you different from other disc jockeys?
We make use of online music requests which you can work on up to one day before the event to allow us time to compile your music. We abide by your stated likes and dislikes on music types. We never book more than one event per day so you will get our personal attention for your occasion. We also provide an event time form so you can tell us what music to play as the ocassion progresses. -
Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We have three working djs who have different music preferances and so we are able to cover many genre. We are well suited to cover jazz, r&b, hip-hop, techno, rock and reggae. -
Do you take requests?
Yes and we have provided a music request link on our website. This feature allows you to make a request list that can be saved and altered as many times as necessary. -
Can I provide my own music?
Its your event and we do everything possible to make it just the way you want to enjoy. You can provide your own music and we will play it for you, but chances are through our vast music library we may already have the songs you like. -

Backup equipment is a must in our line of work, so always bring an extra amplifier and set of speakers to handle emergency situations. -

We have entertained at weddings, private parties and corporate functions a combined total of 16 years experince. Functions are now too numerous to mention. -

We pride ourselves in being an owner operated company that does not double book events, so we pay close attention to each and every client. We are available for an evaluation meeting before you book your event and many more times after the booking so we can take care of all of your concerns. We will honor your likes and dislikes. -

Our djs have received inhouse training, but our years of experince in the business has been the best training we have. -
