Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We stand behind our work as professional entertainers. Depending on the situation, and after a full investigation, Ace of Diamonds will do what ever we can to ensure that our clients are happy. Unfortunatly, we have had one negative client who has recently chosen to put our good name to the test. However, We will stand our ground and continue to back our satisfaction guarenteed policy.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  A deposit of $200.00 is standard for most events and is due no later than 1 month prior to your event date. If your event is booked within 1 month of your event date, then arrangments will be made to accompany your schedule. Our complete cancellation policy is available in an outlined description by request.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Weddings Bar/Bat Mitzvahs Corporate Parties Birthday Parties Anniversaries School Dances Night Clubs Fundraisers Grand Openings Murder Mistery Theaters Radio Personality Promotions Bar's Benefits Charity Drives Food Drives Fireman Recognition Balls Police Galla's and Many Many More, Our DJ's start at age 25 w/ minimum 6 years of experience and span to age 56 with 17 years of experience.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We have highly trained DJ's that all specialize in every aspect of music. Dating from 1920 till now. Our music library is always updating. Our music is always formated by the FCC for radio clarity & quality.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  WE NOT ONLY TAKE REQUESTS, WE ENCOURAGE THEM! However, we may ask you to verify the song by singing the chorus for us, this is a easy way for us to see the requester smile!

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes, as long as you let us know before your event in writing. This will help illiminate any concerns for harsh language's that may come into play while we are playing your music.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Absolutley. This is a must. Certain venue's are not compatible with some equipment we may carry, for instance, some security systems will interfere with a wireless microphone. Ace of Diamonds always operates with a Plan B.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Depending on the size of the event, many of our DJ's are also recognized vocal personality's. If the event calls for a second set of hands to coordinate the music and the other to motivate the crowd, it will be arranged for you at no additional charge.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Whatever you would like to see us in. We always come to our event's dressed just like any other guest. This helps your guest feel more comfortable around us and helps your DJ warm up to the crowd, Also, we like to think of ourselves as an invited guest. Only, we make sure everyone has a good time.

  Yes, and Verifiably!

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We may very well be just like many other DJ companies, if a true professional DJ is taking the oppertunity to ensure his job is done correctly, then none of us should be much different from the other. Although, there may be dates that we are not available, in this scenario, we can assure that a prompt and reliable refferal will be given for one of our fellow top quality DJ companies.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Depending on whom you choose as your photographer, each has many accredits and or merrits. Certificates are held by AOD staff from The Academy of Art College, Brooks Institute of Photography, & IVY Photojournalistics .

Q.  How many pictures do you take?
  Throughout the event, we may take as many as up to 1,000 pictures. The more pictures we take, the more memories we can provide our cliet.

Q.  Can I keep the negatives?
  We do not use 35mm film, therefore there are no negatives. However, all images that we take will be given to you in raw footage on CD.

Q.  What is your photographic style?
  As referenced above, we look for the common everyday occurances and capture the moment. We also search for the odd and unusual things that will make you chuckle as you look through your album on your anniversary. Candid shots would have to be our favorite, but the true magic is done by you, our subject. And an awsome photoshop graphic artist.

Q.  Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes we do, We can provide black & white, Sepia, Thermal, Tinting, glossy, matte, or a combination of all. If you want to have your blue eyes brown, or if you want to give the impression your event was held at a royal palace, we can do it.

Q.  Do you use digital or film?
  We work with Digital imagry and Adobe affter effect studio, We do enhance alot of our work with special effects and details. However if traditional 35mm is what you preffer it can be made available.

Q.  Can I see examples of your work?
  You may, examples are available upon request.

Q.  How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Depending on the season and our demand it could be as soon as within 4 - 6 weeks after your event date. During busier seasons and more detailed packages, it may take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery.

Q.  What makes you different from other photographers?
  In the same manner as our DJ's, we do not consider ourselves to be "better" than any other, but we are different in a sence pertaining to our eye for the natural & unusual. This ensures your photos arent "staged" or "posed"

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We all have our own favorites, but trust in our knowledge of the music to fit your event. In fact many of our DJ's have been caught lipping the words to every song played at events, all the way from Elvis to AC / DC and back down to Britney and Snoop Dog. Our music specialisation would be classified under D, for diverse.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Of course, if there is a particular song that your certain we do not have and you can provide we would be honored to play it.

  Our qualifications range from night clubs, charity auctions, weddings, schools, mitzvahs and even Radio. To be trained as a DJ is a myth, a true DJ loves what he does and considers it a skilled trade. However, proper event ettiquet is mandatory for all AODDJ's. & as for another misconception. There is no certification for a DJ, unless they are a broadcaster. In which case, we do have.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes we are fully insure with the Firemans fund of America for up to $1,000,000 (one million) in liability and $10,000,000 (ten million) in accidental, vandalism or theft.
