Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Because we use a contract we are very specific about customer demands. We offer free consultations to ensure that our clients demands are fulfilled. We may offer a refund under very specific terms.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Since 1976 I have been in the event business. I have degrees but no school teaches how to entertain or professional event Djing. It is a learn as you go proposition. I've always maintained a spot at the head of the class.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Prices start at $125 an hour

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a non returnable deposit to hold a date. A client may cancel a contract after 3 days for a refund sans the deposit if the event cancels.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  The owner has been in the event and entertainment business since 1976.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No we generally research all music charts (dance formats). We can customize our music catalog to meet the clients demands at an event

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Yes we do as specified by the client in our contract.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Only if we cannot obtain it. We maintain a moral clause. Century Entertainment will not perform or be involved with certain functions deem unfit for the general public.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  We maintain backup equipment at every event.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes if the client request it.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Formal unless other arrangements have been discussed.

Q.  Are you insured?
  YES
