ALWAYS! We do anything we can to make every customer happy. Your event is OUR event. We share your desire for a great party!

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
All of our staff are professionals who have been trained in our top Music and Audio Arts program at Del Oro Music. Our studios put out many songs that you hear on the radio, so you can see how high our standards are. And we pride ourselves in not charging more for all this training.

We try to work with your budget. profit is not our only motivation. QUALITY and customer Service IS!

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
We put together a simple contract and need a 50% deposit at that time. We require the remainder to be paid on or before the date of the party. If the party is cancelled, we are very easy to work with and will reschedule or refund with a reasonable notice and circumstance.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have done hundreds of great parties. Weddings, Movie Wrap Parties, Bar/Bat Mizphvas, Birthday Parties, Quinsinieras, Anniversary parties and Holiday Parties. We love them all. We love to make the music important to every party.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
ALL STYLES! We come prepared with thousands of songs. We like to prepare for every party with specific music designed to fulfill the needs of that crowd. We look at the age, group and tastes of the audience well before the party to ensure the dj will have plenty of great music for the crowd.

Q.	Do you take requests?
ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Also we like to plan special music ahead of time to customize the party to your taste. All at no extra charge.

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
SURE! We welcome any input you may have. We will also put together any music that you want if you let us know ahead of time. Our music staff can find and put together nearly anything you want. Any we don't charge anything extra for any of this. We consider this Customer Service.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Always. We get calls every weekend from nice people who hired another dj that canceled them out for a better paying job or because his equipment failed. We carry plenty of equipment to handle virtually any situation in a professional manner.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes. Our djs are trained to make announcements and work the mic in a tastefull way. If you need a full time MC for your event we are happy to provide one to suit your needs. From a classy guy in a tux all the way to celebrities, we can provide the exact match for your needs and budget.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
Tuxedo or nice suit. Although we are open to outfit our staff in whatever you'd like! We sometimes have the dj wear a uniform or costume if it's a costume party, or just about anything you would like.
