We provide a written guarantee w/ various time frames ranging anywhere from 45 days, to 180 days. Any problems within the time frame will be honored free of charge.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
All employees are licensed Certified Technicians registered with the Dept. of Environmental Conservation. Every Technician out on the field is accompanied by a Certified Applicator. We will gladly furnish our credentials upon request.

Our rates are always determined based on inspection findings, rate of infestation, and the type of treatment required. We will discuss these rates with you prior to treatment. Our inspections are free of charge.

Yes. We have various service maintenance programs available. Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Sign-up Service, Door-to-Door, Etc. We can customize a maintenance agreement to suit your needs.

We will continue to come back to your premises until the problem is resolved.

Skipping service is not advisable. Continued maintenance and inspection is always the best way to insure that problems don't arise. Pests problems usually exist long before we can see them.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
This depends on the type of service being performed, size of dwelling, and level of infestation. A general, door-to-door maintenance service of a 16 unit dwelling for example, can take an average of 1-2 hours. A clean out of compactor chutes, basement, and storage areas can take another 1-2 hours.

Q.	How long do treatments last?
This depends on the type of treatment being performed. A one bedroom apartment that is being treated for Bed Bugs for example, can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours for the initial treatment and another 30 minutes to 1 hour for every subsequent follow up treatment.

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
In any treatment we perform, we will always use the most effective and safest products available. The label of whatever product we use is very specific on how it will be applied. We follow theses instructions and provide our clients with a copy of whatever we apply.

Depends on what is applied, but in all cases the client will be informed on when it would be safe to do so.
