Q.  If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
We strongly advise against skipping treatments. Each treatment provides a measure of preventative maintenance and while many consider "out of sight" to be "out of mind" when pests do return its not only back in mind, but often an emergency call for immediate treatment. We want our customers to enjoy a "Pest Free" life and structure our service plans around integrated pest management.

Q.  How long are your service visits?
Depending upon your individual needs service appointments can range from as short as 20 minutes to as long as 2-3 hours.

Q.  How long do treatments last?
30-45 days but we arrange our service contracts on 30 day intervals to always maintain an adaquet level of preventive measures.

Q.  Is treatment harmful to pets?
We are very concious of the hazards associated with commercial pest control products and will advise our customers directly as to any guidelines or restrictions they may need to adhere to following a treatment. We're pet owners ourselves and treat your pet's health as if it were our own.

Q.  How soon can I water after your visit?
Depending upon the area of treatment this may vary but for outside applications we usually reccomend waiting at least 4 hours before watering.

Q.  Are you insured?
We are fully insured and licensed.

Q.  What makes you different from other pest control services?
McDaniels IPM focuses on Integrated Pest Management. This means that our technicians don't just "spray and walk away" like the larger commercial outfits. We look at the total pest ecosystem and are trained to provide our clients with knowledge they need to help prevent pests using non-intrusive and non-chemical methods. We look at the entire picture from geographic location to vegitation.
